RESERVATIONS

We offer two options to make a reservation for your Vacation: Direct with Owner or via VRBO or their sister sites.  What's the difference?  

• Direct reservations through the owner is less expensive for the Vacationer.  The owner does not charge a booking fee.  Cash/Check discounted rental rates.
• 3rd Party sites likes VRBO, HomeAway etc. charge the traveler a Booking Fee which can cost up to thousands of dollars or more.     
• We have no preferred booking method, it's totally up to you!

Season 2024 Rates range from $8,000 to $14,500.  Weekly rate will vary based on date selected. Cleaning/Linen fee, Taxes & Security Deposit are additional.  Payment plan is offered. Only seven (7) night stays offered 1st  Saturday after Memorial Day through the Saturday after Labor Day each year.  Three (3) night stays are available outside of these dates as well as individual home rentals for smaller families.

• CREDIT CARD: Must book via VRBO, only accept Credit Cards. Rates are higher

We are now accepting reservations for 2024 Season.  In-season rentals are Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights.  Call us now to get the week of your choice.  Don't miss an opportunity to have your own private beach to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and fun in the sun!
